Coinciding with the artist’s first New York museum exhibition, “Me, My Mother, My Father, and I,” this exhibition catalogue documents Icelandic artist Ragnar Kjartansson’s artworks including performances, drawings, paintings, and video installations. Drawing from a varied history of stage traditions, film, music, and literature, his works explore the boundary between reality and fiction as well as constructs of myth and identity.
